Mrtn connects your pendant to your Mac: its recordings come over Bluetooth, and the ones you choose become in-person meetings, transcribed, summarised and scored like your calls. In the EU, the UK and a few other countries, Limitless's service stopped on **5 December 2025**, and its accounts and recordings were deleted after 19 December. Elsewhere, Limitless supports existing pendants through 2026. The pendant itself still works: it records the conversations around you, all day, and keeps about 40 hours of them. What it lost is somewhere to send them. Mrtn is that place, on your own Mac. What Mrtn does with it ## Your meetings in the room, *like your calls.* ### You choose what becomes a meeting. A pendant hears your whole day, not only your meetings. Its recordings wait in Calls › From your pendant, each with the calendar meeting it probably was. Listen, then import or discard it. What you leave goes after a week. ### Transcribed, summarised and scored. An imported recording becomes an in-person meeting: the transcript, summary, scorecard and follow-up email your calls get. Mrtn tells the voices apart and asks which one is you. ### Straight to your Mac. Over Bluetooth, with no Limitless account and nothing sent to Limitless or Meta. Recordings stay on your Mac until you choose; only the ones you import are transcribed, in the EU. ### It keeps up by itself. New recordings come over every 15 minutes while the pendant is near your Mac, and leave the pendant once they're safely on it, so it doesn't fill up. With its cable in, one click frees it from your phone, and its recordings stay. Meta bought Limitless in December 2025 and stopped selling the pendant; in the EU, the UK and a few other countries, Limitless's service stopped on 5 December 2025 and its accounts were deleted after 19 December. The pendant itself still records: Mrtn connects to it over Bluetooth and turns the recordings you choose into in-person meetings. ### Do I need a Limitless account or subscription? No. Mrtn talks to the pendant directly, over Bluetooth, the way Limitless's own app did. You need a Mac with macOS 14.2 or later and a Mrtn invitation from your organisation. ### Do my pendant's recordings go to Limitless or Meta? No. Recordings go from the pendant straight to your Mac and stay there until you choose. Only the ones you import are transcribed, in the EU, like your calls. ### Does Mrtn take everything that is on my pendant? Only if you want it to. When you connect it, you choose: start fresh (what's on it now is removed unread) or bring those recordings to your Mac too. New recordings then come over by themselves, every 15 minutes while the pendant is near your Mac, or when you click Transfer now. Each one waits in Calls › From your pendant, where you can listen to it and import or discard it; what you leave there goes after a week. ### My pendant is still paired with my phone. Do I have to reset it? No. The pendant pairs with one device at a time. Plug it into your Mac with its USB-C cable and Mrtn frees it from your phone with one click, and its recordings stay. Without a cable, a reset frees it too, but a reset deletes what's still on the pendant. ### Does Mrtn coach me live during an in-person meeting? Not from the pendant. Its recordings reach your Mac afterwards, then become in-person meetings with a transcript, summary, scorecard and follow-up email. Mrtn tells the voices apart and asks which one is you, and suggests the calendar meeting it overlaps, so its title and attendees are one click away. ### Can Mrtn read every recording on my pendant? Almost always. A pendant that was set up with Limitless's service could encrypt recordings for it; those can only be read by Limitless, so Mrtn skips them and says how many.
